2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Striker and stock availability.
• Prices are listed in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is submitted. You will be contacted if changes affect your order.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from within Canada. Estimated delivery windows begin after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for current carriers, free‑shipping thresholds, regions served, and timelines.

Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage or shortage within 48 hours.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5. Warranties

Products may include limited warranties. Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Striker’s discretion as permitted by law. Proof of purchase may be required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striker will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your purchase or use of the products or the site. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
