Striker Lighting products are engineered for performance, durability, and reliability. We stand behind every product we manufacture and are committed to ensuring your long-term satisfaction.

Fixture Warranty

All Striker fixtures are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects or failures due to workmanship
  • Structural corrosion of brass, aluminum, or stainless-steel housings
  • Failure of integrated LEDs within the stated warranty period

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation, abuse, alteration, or accidents
  • Normal wear, weathering, or surface finish changes from environmental exposure
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, incompatible transformers, or electrical surges
  • Products used in a manner inconsistent with Striker’s installation instructions

LED Bulb Warranty

Striker LED bulbs are covered by either a 3-year or 5-year limited warranty, depending on the model. Refer to the individual product specification sheet or packaging for specific warranty details.

Coverage includes:

  • Premature LED failure under normal operating conditions
  • Manufacturing or material defects affecting performance

Warranty Service

  1. Contact info@strikerline.com with proof of purchase, product name, and issue description.
  2. Include clear photos or videos of the fixture or bulb showing the defect if possible.
  3. Our support team will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no charge.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.
  • Striker is not responsible for labour, installation, or removal costs related to warranty service.
  • The warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss of use, or indirect costs.

Additional Information

All warranty periods begin from the original date of purchase. Products replaced under warranty carry the remaining term of the original warranty period.
