From Our Canadian Warehouse

All Striker products ship directly from our Canadian warehouse. This means no border crossings, no customs delays, and no surprise fees such as brokerage charges or import duties. You’ll receive your order quickly and reliably — right to your door.

Fast, Reliable Delivery

We use FedEx and UPS for all shipments to ensure quick and trackable delivery anywhere in Canada. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)

Ontario & Quebec: 1–2 days
Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 2–3 days

Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): 4–6 days
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–10 days

Example: If you order on a Monday from Toronto, most items will arrive in Montreal or Ottawa by Wednesday, or in Vancouver by the following Monday.

Free Shipping Across Canada

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $500 (before tax). Orders under $500 will include a small shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Example: A $600 order shipping to Calgary qualifies for free shipping. A $350 order to Halifax will display an exact shipping fee during checkout before payment.

Warranty Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

Striker Lighting products are engineered for performance, durability, and reliability. We stand behind every product we manufacture and are committed to ensuring your long-term satisfaction.

Fixture Warranty

All Striker fixtures are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects or failures due to workmanship
Structural corrosion of brass, aluminum, or stainless-steel housings
Failure of integrated LEDs within the stated warranty period

What’s Not Covered

Damage from improper installation, abuse, alteration, or accidents
Normal wear, weathering, or surface finish changes from environmental exposure
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, incompatible transformers, or electrical surges
Products used in a manner inconsistent with Striker’s installation instructions

LED Bulb Warranty

Striker LED bulbs are covered by either a 3-year or 5-year limited warranty, depending on the model. Refer to the individual product specification sheet or packaging for specific warranty details.

Coverage includes:

Premature LED failure under normal operating conditions
Manufacturing or material defects affecting performance

Warranty Service

Contact info@strikerline.com with proof of purchase, product name, and issue description.
Include clear photos or videos of the fixture or bulb showing the defect if possible.
Our support team will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no charge.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.
Striker is not responsible for labour, installation, or removal costs related to warranty service.
The warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss of use, or indirect costs.

Additional Information

All warranty periods begin from the original date of purchase. Products replaced under warranty carry the remaining term of the original warranty period.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment

At Striker Lighting, we take pride in offering high‑quality products engineered for performance and designed to last. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Products cannot be installed, wired, or altered in any way.

Example: If you receive a path light but decide it’s too large for your project, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it has not been installed and is in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email info@strikerline.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will reply with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
Repackage your item securely using the original box and protective materials.
Ship the item back using the label provided or your preferred carrier.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Striker covers all return shipping costs.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Tip: Always use a trackable courier such as FedEx or UPS when sending returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product or finish, contact us before returning your original purchase. We’ll help you process the exchange quickly to ensure availability and avoid delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and send a replacement or refund.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Striker ("Striker", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Striker and stock availability.
Prices are listed in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is submitted. You will be contacted if changes affect your order.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from within Canada. Estimated delivery windows begin after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for current carriers, free‑shipping thresholds, regions served, and timelines.

Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage or shortage within 48 hours.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5. Warranties

Products may include limited warranties. Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Striker’s discretion as permitted by law. Proof of purchase may be required.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striker will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your purchase or use of the products or the site. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and code) is owned by Striker or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorisation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
